Di sana, para dewa telah menegakkan Śambhu sebagai Mokṣeśvara. Dengan melakukan japa di sana beserta amalan pengiring dan tatatertibnya, seseorang tidak lagi menjadi bayi penyusu—yakni tidak lahir semula.
