व्यास उवाच । परिग्रहार्थं वे तेषां रुद्रेण च यमेन च । गन्धर्वकन्या आहृत्य दारास्तत्रोपकल्पिताः
vyāsa uvāca | parigrahārthaṃ ve teṣāṃ rudreṇa ca yamena ca | gandharvakanyā āhṛtya dārāstatropakalpitāḥ
Vyāsa berkata: “Bagi tujuan mereka mengambil isteri, Rudra dan Yama membawa gadis-gadis Gandharva; lalu di sana disediakan isteri-isteri untuk mereka dengan sewajarnya.”
