tamīśvaraṃ paṃcavaktraṃ trinetraṃ pinākinaṃ candrakalāvataṃsam | ālaṃbitāpiṃgajaṭākalāpaṃ madhyaṃgataṃ bhāskarakoṭitejasam

Translation

Dia menyaksikan Tuhan itu: bermuka lima, bermata tiga, pemegang busur Pināka; berhias sabit bulan; dengan jalinan jata keperangan tergantung; bersinar di tengah dengan cahaya laksana sepuluh juta matahari.
