काले कृतोपनयनौ गुरुशुश्रूषणे रतौ । चक्रतुः सर्वविद्यानां संग्रहं विनयान्वितौ

kāle kṛtopanayanau guruśuśrūṣaṇe ratau | cakratuḥ sarvavidyānāṃ saṃgrahaṃ vinayānvitau

Pada waktunya, setelah menjalani upanayana, tekun berkhidmat kepada guru serta berhias dengan rendah hati, kedua-duanya menguasai himpunan segala cabang ilmu.
