धुन्धुमारोऽपि कृष्णेन शरघातेन ताडितः । हतो वक्षःस्थले पापो मृतावस्थो रथोपरि

dhundhumāro'pi kṛṣṇena śaraghātena tāḍitaḥ | hato vakṣaḥsthale pāpo mṛtāvastho rathopari

Dihentam oleh Kṛṣṇa dengan hujan panah yang menghempas, Dhundhumāra pun rebah. Si pendosa itu tertikam di dada dan terbaring di atas ratanya dalam keadaan mati.
