Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 35

सिंहराशिं गते जीवे यत्स्याद्गोदावरीफलम् । तद्द्वादशगुणं स्कन्द कुम्भेश्वरसमीपतः

siṃharāśiṃ gate jīve yatsyādgodāvarīphalam | taddvādaśaguṇaṃ skanda kumbheśvarasamīpataḥ

Apabila Bṛhaspati (Jupiter) memasuki rasi Siṁha, apa jua pahala yang diperoleh di Godāvarī—wahai Skanda—di sisi Kumbheśvara pahala yang sama menjadi dua belas kali ganda.
