भार्याया वचनं श्रुत्वा जग्राह कुमुदानि सः । उत्तीर्णस्तु तटे यावद्दृष्ट्वा श्रीवृक्षमग्रतः
bhāryāyā vacanaṃ śrutvā jagrāha kumudāni saḥ | uttīrṇastu taṭe yāvaddṛṣṭvā śrīvṛkṣamagrataḥ
Setelah mendengar kata-kata isterinya, dia pun mengumpulkan bunga teratai kumuda. Kemudian setelah naik ke tebing, dia melihat di hadapannya sebuah śrī-vṛkṣa, yakni pohon yang membawa keberkatan.
