तच्छ्रुत्वा ब्राह्मणी वाक्यं भीतभीतावदन्नृप । तद्वस्त्रं तु मया विप्र स्नात्वा ह्यन्तः कृतं महत्
tacchrutvā brāhmaṇī vākyaṃ bhītabhītāvadannṛpa | tadvastraṃ tu mayā vipra snātvā hyantaḥ kṛtaṃ mahat
Mendengar kata-kata itu, brāhmaṇī itu—menggigil ketakutan—berkata, “Wahai Raja; wahai brāhmaṇa yang mulia: pakaian itu telah tersentuh olehku; setelah mandi aku meletakkannya di ruang dalam—aku telah melakukan kesalahan besar.”
