भूतेभ्यस्तु बलिं दद्यादृत्विग्भिः सह देशिकः । ततः प्रदक्षिणीकृत्य तुलामित्यभिमन्त्रयेत्
bhūtebhyastu baliṃ dadyādṛtvigbhiḥ saha deśikaḥ | tataḥ pradakṣiṇīkṛtya tulāmityabhimantrayet
Kemudian guru pemimpin upacara, bersama para ṛtvij, hendaklah mempersembahkan bali kepada para bhūta. Setelah melakukan pradakṣiṇā, hendaklah ia menguduskan neraca timbang dengan melafazkan mantra yang bermula ‘Wahai Tulā…’.
