गां ददर्शाहमुद्विग्नो मामेवाभिमुखीं स्थिताम् । किंकिणीजालमुक्ताभिः स्वर्णघण्टासमावृताम्

gāṃ dadarśāhamudvigno māmevābhimukhīṃ sthitām | kiṃkiṇījālamuktābhiḥ svarṇaghaṇṭāsamāvṛtām

Dengan hati gelisah aku melihat lembu itu berdiri menghadapku seorang diri—diselubungi jalinan loceng kecil yang berdenting dan untaian mutiara, serta dihiasi loceng-loceng emas.
