Kepada brāhmaṇa yang menyertai śrāddha hendaklah diberikan sepasang pakaian, payung, alas kaki dan kamaṇḍalu (bekas air); dan pelbagai dakṣiṇā juga wajar dipersembahkan, wahai Bhārata, dengan mengingati para Pitṛ.
