एवं बहुविधं दुःखं प्रलपित्वा पुनःपुनः । जनैश्चाश्वासितो विप्रो बालं गृह्य बहिर्गतः
evaṃ bahuvidhaṃ duḥkhaṃ pralapitvā punaḥpunaḥ | janaiścāśvāsito vipro bālaṃ gṛhya bahirgataḥ
Demikianlah, setelah berulang kali meratap dalam pelbagai bentuk dukanya, brāhmaṇa itu—setelah ditenteramkan oleh orang ramai—mengambil anak tersebut lalu keluar.
