Transliteration

yathā devīṣu sarvāsu śaivīśaktiḥ parāsmṛtā | tathā sarveṣu liṃgeṣu pārthivaṃ śreṣṭhamucyate

Translation

Sebagaimana dalam kalangan semua Dewi, Śaiva-Śakti diingati sebagai yang tertinggi, demikian juga dalam semua bentuk Liṅga, Liṅga tanah (pārthiva) dinyatakan sebagai yang paling unggul.
