Śiva’s Freedom from Bondage and His Cosmic Support (शिवस्य अबन्धत्वं तथा सर्वाधिष्ठानत्वम्)
यस्मात्परं नापरमस्ति किंचिद्यस्मान्नाणीयो न ज्यायो ऽस्ति किंचित् । वृक्ष इव स्तब्धो दिवि तिष्ठत्येकस्तेनेदं पूर्णं पुरुषेण सर्वम्
yasmātparaṃ nāparamasti kiṃcidyasmānnāṇīyo na jyāyo 'sti kiṃcit | vṛkṣa iva stabdho divi tiṣṭhatyekastenedaṃ pūrṇaṃ puruṣeṇa sarvam
Di atas-Nya tiada yang lebih tinggi, dan selain-Nya tiada yang lain. Tiada yang lebih halus dan tiada yang lebih agung daripada-Nya. Laksana pohon yang teguh tak bergerak, Yang Esa berdiri tegak di hamparan langit; oleh Puruṣa Tertinggi itu, seluruh alam ini meresap sepenuhnya dan menjadi sempurna.
