Transliteration

kalpayatyakhilaṃ kāryaṃ kṣaṇātsaṃkalparūpiṇī | yathā śaktitrayotthānaṃ śaktiprasavadharmiṇī

Translation

Dia, yang hakikatnya ialah saṅkalpa (kehendak), membentuk segala akibat dalam sekelip mata; sebagaimana, dengan kuasa melahirkan tenaga-tenaga, Dia menimbulkan kebangkitan triad śakti.
