Transliteration

icchāśaktirmaheśasya nityā kāryaniyāmikā | jñānaśaktistu tatkāryaṃ karaṇaṃ kāraṇaṃ tathā

Translation

Śakti Kehendak Maheśvara adalah kekal dan mengatur segala kesan yang termanifest. Śakti Pengetahuan-Nya pula adalah kesan itu sendiri, menjadi sekaligus alat dan dasar sebab bagi penyempurnaannya.
