द्विस्त्रिर्वावर्तयेत्तत्र सर्वथा दृश्यते फलम् । पूजोपयुक्तं यद्द्रव्यं हेमरत्नाद्यनुत्तमम्
dvistrirvāvartayettatra sarvathā dṛśyate phalam | pūjopayuktaṃ yaddravyaṃ hemaratnādyanuttamam
Jika dalam amalan itu seseorang mengulanginya dua atau tiga kali, hasilnya pasti akan terlihat. Apa jua bahan yang digunakan untuk pemujaan—seperti emas, permata yang unggul dan seumpamanya—menjadi sangat berkesan apabila dipersembahkan dalam Śiva-pūjā.

The verse emphasizes niyama (disciplined repetition) in Shiva-worship: when devotion is enacted repeatedly with steadiness, its fruit becomes perceptible. In Shaiva Siddhanta terms, such worship refines the pashu (individual soul) and loosens pasha (bondage), making grace-bearing results manifest.
It supports Saguna upasana through tangible acts—repeating the worship of Shiva as approached via the Linga and ritual offerings. The teaching is that material offerings, when consecrated by devotion and proper procedure, become vehicles for honoring Pati (Shiva) and receiving His anugraha (grace).
Repeat the prescribed Shiva-puja two or three times (as instructed in context), and offer the best available worship-materials (dravya) with devotion—ideally alongside mantra-japa such as the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to intensify the rite’s efficacy.
