अलंकृतशिरोभागमस्त्र २ आजेन चिह्नितम् । राजन्यार्हनिवासैश्च राजवीथ्यादिशोभितैः
alaṃkṛtaśirobhāgamastra 2 ājena cihnitam | rājanyārhanivāsaiśca rājavīthyādiśobhitaiḥ
Bahagian puncaknya dihias indah; dan padanya tertera dua senjata, bertanda lambang kambing. Ia juga diserikan dengan kediaman yang layak bagi golongan bangsawan, serta jalan-jalan diraja dan lorong-lorong megah yang lain.
