शिवसंस्कार-दीक्षानिरूपणम् (Śivasaṃskāra and the Typology of Dīkṣā)
अधिकारो भवत्येव कन्यायाः पितुराज्ञया । शूद्राणां मर्त्यजातीनां पतितानां विशेषतः
adhikāro bhavatyeva kanyāyāḥ piturājñayā | śūdrāṇāṃ martyajātīnāṃ patitānāṃ viśeṣataḥ
Sesungguhnya, kelayakan seorang gadis (untuk menjalankan upacara atau amalan yang disebut) hanya timbul dengan izin ayahnya—terutama bagi kaum Śūdra, bagi mereka yang lahir sebagai insan fana, dan lebih-lebih lagi bagi yang telah jatuh daripada tata laku yang ditetapkan.
