Manu–Śatarūpā, Prasūti, and the Marriages of Dakṣa’s Daughters

Cosmic Event: ṛtu-cakra (seasonal cycle) as generative principle
It links the Pitṛs with ṛtu (seasonal order), teaching that life and embodiment unfold through divinely governed cycles of time; recognizing this order supports dharma and prepares the mind for liberation under Pati (Shiva), the ultimate Lord beyond time.
By showing that cosmic functions like seasons and generation operate through presiding powers, it points to Saguna Shiva as the supreme governor of all tattvas and regulators; Linga-worship centers the devotee in that higher sovereignty beyond changing seasons.
Perform Pitṛ-tarpaṇa and śrāddha in their proper seasonal times while maintaining Shiva-bhakti—daily japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to transcend time-bound fluctuations and steady the mind.
