Transliteration

arthasaṃpannapadayā rājalakṣaṇayuktayā | aśeṣaviṣayāraṃbharakṣāvimaladakṣayā

Translation

Dia bertutur dengan kata-kata yang sarat makna, dihiasi tanda-tanda kewibawaan laksana raja; dan dia suci tanpa cela, cekap menjaga serta melindungi pelaksanaan setiap urusan hingga sempurna.
