Demikianlah, wahai para muni, pemujaan kepada Śiva telah diajarkan dengan sempurna. Ia menganugerahkan bhukti (kesejahteraan duniawi) dan mukti (pembebasan); apakah lagi yang patut kamu dengar?

It affirms that Śiva-pūjā, when performed with inner offering (into the heart) and outer sanctification (water placed on the crown), leads to both dharmic prosperity (bhukti) and ultimate release (mukti), showing Śiva as Pati who grants grace beyond worldly bonds.
The mention of consecrated water points to liṅga-abhisheka (ritual bathing). The devotee then internalizes the offering in the heart, uniting external Saguna worship with inward contemplation of Śiva’s presence.
After abhisheka, treat the worship-water as tīrtha: place it on the crown as a sanctifying act, and meditate by offering it inwardly to the heart—an inner nyāsa-like completion of Śiva-pūjā.
