dadāti vā naiva dadāti śailassutāṃ svakīyāṃ vada tacca śīghram | kinte dṛṣṭaṃ kiṃ kṛtantatra gatvā prītyā sarvaṃ tadvadāśvadya tāta
Katakan kepadaku segera: adakah Tuan Gunung akan mengurniakan puteri baginda sendiri atau tidak? Dan apakah yang engkau lihat di sana, apakah yang engkau lakukan setelah sampai? Wahai anak yang dikasihi, ceritakanlah semuanya sekaligus dengan penuh kasih dan sukacita.

The verse suggests a bhakti-oriented attitude—speaking truthfully, promptly, and with prīti (loving reverence); devotees may pair this with japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” to cultivate devotion before undertaking any saṅkalpa (vow/rite).
