Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: teaching
The verse highlights that even remedies for karmic afflictions like a curse are ultimately unfolded through Śiva’s anugraha (grace), operating as Śiva-māyā—guiding the mind toward the right counsel and liberation-oriented action.
By stressing Śiva’s active divine power (Māyā) that impels right instruction, the verse supports Saguna Śiva worship—approaching Śiva as the compassionate Lord who intervenes through teachers, rites, and devotion, often centered on Linga-upāsanā in Purāṇic practice.
The practical takeaway is to seek śānti through Śiva-oriented devotion—japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), prayer for anugraha, and guidance from a realized teacher—since the “removal” is presented as arising when one is inspired by Śiva’s will.
