Exposition of the Supreme Method of Creation and the Tirodhāna-Cakra
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadyojāta
Cosmic Event: cyclic creation (sṛṣṭi-cakra)
The verse frames creation as a divinely ordered cycle (sṛṣṭi-cakra) sustained through the agency of sages and progenitors, implying that worldly prosperity and social harmony arise when one aligns with cosmic order under the Lord’s governance.
By emphasizing Shiva’s lordship over the cosmic process that yields both worldly aims and stability, it supports Saguna Shiva worship—especially Linga worship—as a way to harmonize one’s life with Shiva’s sustaining power in creation.
A practical takeaway is to worship Shiva with steady devotion—such as daily Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and simple Linga-pūjā—seeking right order (dharma) so that both inner peace and household well-being are supported.
