Sukta 8.82

Devata: Indra (with Soma as the offered power)

तीव्राः सोमास आ गहि सुतासो मादयिष्णवः । पिबा दधृग्यथोचिषे ॥

tīvrā́ḥ sómāsa ā́ gahi sutā́so mādayiṣṇávaḥ | píba dadhṛ́g yáthociṣé ||

Datanglah—ini minuman-minuman Soma yang tajam, diperah dan rindu memabukkan dengan ekstasi ilahi; minumlah sebagai Penopang Dasar, demi kepuasan-Mu yang bercahaya.
