या शर्धाय मारुताय स्वभानवे श्रवोऽमृत्यु धुक्षत । या मृळीके मरुतां तुराणां या सुम्नैरेवयावरी ॥

Transliteration

yā́ śárdhāya mārútāya svabhā́nave śrávo ’mṛ́tyu dhúkṣata | yā́ mṛḷīké marútāṃ turā́ṇāṃ yā́ sumnáir evayā́varī ||

Translation

Wahai daya ilham itu—yang bagi bala Marut, bagi yang bercahaya dengan sendirinya, memerah kemasyhuran yang menewaskan maut; yang menjadi rahmat bagi Marut yang pantas; yang dengan berkat-berkatnya mendatangkan kedekatan yang didambakan—biarlah ia mengalir.
