Sukta 6.18
त्वं ह नु त्यददमायो दस्यूँरेकः कृष्टीरवनोरार्याय । अस्ति स्विन्नु वीर्यं तत्त इन्द्र न स्विदस्ति तदृतुथा वि वोचः ॥
tvaṃ ha nu tyád adamāyo dásyūn ékaḥ kṛṣṭī́r avano rāŕyāya | ásti svin nu vīryàṃ tát ta indra ná svid asti tád ṛtu-thā́ ví vocaḥ ||
Engkau benar-benar menundukkan Dasyu yang tanpa ṛta (tanpa aturan); seorang diri Engkau memelihara kaum-kaum bagi Arya. Nyatakan pada musimnya yang tepat: adakah daya kepahlawanan itu sungguh milik-Mu, wahai Indra, ataukah ia langsung tiada?
