ईळे च त्वा यजमानो हविर्भिरीळे सखित्वं सुमतिं निकामः । देवैरवो मिमीहि सं जरित्रे रक्षा च नो दम्येभिरनीकैः ॥

ī́ḷe ca tvā yajámāno havírbhir ī́ḷe sakhitváṃ sumatíṃ níkāmaḥ | deváir ávo mimīhi sáṃ jaritré rákṣā ca no damyébhir anī́kaiḥ ||

Aku memuja engkau dengan persembahan, wahai Agni; aku memuja persahabatanmu, mengingini kurnia budi yang benar. Bersama para dewa, ukurkanlah bagi si pemuji bantuanmu; dan peliharalah kami dengan wajah-wajah kekuatanmu yang lahir di rumah (damya) dan tiada tertandingi.
