Sukta 1.80

सहस्रं साकमर्चत परि ष्टोभत विंशतिः । शतैनमन्वनोनवुरिन्द्राय ब्रह्मोद्यतमर्चन्ननु स्वराज्यम् ॥

sahásraṃ sā́kam arcata pári ṣṭobhata viṃśatíḥ | śatáínam ánv anonavur índrāya bráhmódyatam ’rcann ánu sva-rā́jyam ||

Seribu bersama-sama menyanyi; dua puluh mengelilinginya dengan lantunan; seratus mengikut dan menggerakkannya—mengangkat sabda ilham (brahman) bagi Indra—bersinar menurut jejak kedaulatan-dirinya (svarājya).
