त्वमग्ने शशमानाय सुन्वते रत्नं यविष्ठ देवतातिमिन्वसि । तं त्वा नु नव्यं सहसो युवन्वयं भगं न कारे महिरत्न धीमहि ॥

Transliteration

tvám agne śaśamānā́ya sunvaté rátnam yáviṣṭha devátātim invasi | táṃ tvā nú návyaṃ sahaso yúvan vayáṃ bhágam ná kāré mahí-ratna dhīmahi ||

Translation

Engkau, wahai Agni, kepada pemerah Soma yang bersungguh-sungguh, wahai yang termuda, menggerakkan ratna (permata/anugerah) dan himpunan kuasa-kuasa ilahi. Maka kini kami menempatkanmu—sentiasa baharu, muda oleh kekuatan—seperti Bhaga dalam kerja kami, wahai pembawa kekayaan rohani yang agung.
