त्वं न इन्द्र राया परीणसा याहि पथाँ अनेहसा पुरो याह्यरक्षसा । सचस्व नः पराक आ सचस्वास्तमीक आ । पाहि नो दूरादारादभिष्टिभिः सदा पाह्यभिष्टिभिः ॥
tváṁ na indra rāyā́ párīṇasā yā́hi pathā́m anēhasā puró yāhy arakṣásā | sácasva naḥ parāká ā́ sácasv āstamīká ā́ | pā́hi no dūrā́d ārā́d abhiṣṭíbhíḥ sádā pāhi abhiṣṭíbhíḥ ||
Engkau, wahai Indra, dengan kepenuhan daya dan kekayaan-Mu, berjalanlah di hadapan kami; tempuhlah jalan tanpa kesusahan, berjalanlah di muka dengan penjagaan yang tidak memberi ruang bahaya. Sertailah kami dari jauh, sertailah kami dari dekat; peliharalah kami dari kejauhan dan dari kedekatan dengan pertolongan-pertolongan-Mu yang pasti—sentiasa peliharalah dengan pertolongan-pertolongan-Mu.
