Indrajit and Lakshmana: War-Boasts, Rebuke, and the Clash
अनुक्त्वापरुषंवाक्यंकिञ्चिदप्यनवक्षिपन् ।।।।अविकत्थन्वधिष्यामित्वांपश्यपुरुषाधम ।
anuktvā paruṣaṃ vākyaṃ kiñcid apy anavakṣipan |
avikatthan vadhiṣyāmi tvāṃ paśya puruṣādhama ||
Tanpa mengucap kata-kata kasar, tanpa membalas dengan sindiran, dan tanpa bermegah—aku akan menewaskanmu. Saksikanlah, wahai manusia paling hina!
"Lowly Rakshasa! without any harsh words, indeed without boasting, commenting, interrupting I will assail you. You may see."
