निकुम्भिला-यज्ञविघ्नोपदेशः

Counsel to Disrupt the Nikumbhilā Rite

एषतंनरशार्दूलोरावणिंनिशितैश्शरैः ।त्याजयिष्यतितत्कर्मततोवध्योभविष्यति ।।।।

eṣa taṃ naraśārdūlo rāvaṇiṃ niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ |

tyājayiṣyati tat karma tato vadhyo bhaviṣyati ||

Harimau di antara manusia ini akan memaksa putera Rāvaṇa meninggalkan upacara itu dengan anak panah yang tajam; setelah dipaksa meninggalkannya, barulah dia menjadi boleh dibunuh.
