इन्द्रजितः ब्रह्मास्त्र-यागः तथा वानरसेनाविध्वंसः
Indrajit’s Brahmastra Rite and the Crushing of the Vanara Host
असौपुनर्लक्ष्मणराक्षसेन्द्रोब्रह्मास्त्रमाश्रित्यसुरेन्द्रशत्रुः ।निपातयित्वाहरिसैन्यमुग्रमस्मान्शरैरर्दयतिप्रसक्तः ।।।।
asau punar lakṣmaṇa rākṣasendro
brahmāstram āśritya surendraśatruḥ |
nipātayitvā harisainyam ugraṃ
asmān śarair ardayati prasaktaḥ ||
“Wahai Laksmana, raja raksasa itu—musuh Dewa Indra—telah berlindung pada Brahmāstra. Setelah menjatuhkan bala Vanara yang gagah, kini dia tanpa henti menyeksa kita dengan anak panahnya.”
"Lakshmana! Rakshasa king, an enemy of Indra afflicted the Vanaras with the Brahmastram secured by him. Using that power, he is tormenting us with sharp arrows."
