कुम्भकर्णवधः

The Slaying of Kumbhakarna

एवंगृहीतेसुग्रीवेकिंकर्तव्यंमयाभवेत् ।।।।यद्वैन्यायंमयाकर्तुंतत्करिष्यामिसर्वधा ।भूत्वापर्वतसङ्काशोनाशयिष्यामिराक्षसम् ।।।।

evaṃ gṛhīte sugrīve kiṃ kartavyaṃ mayā bhavet ||

yad vai nyāyaṃ mayā kartuṃ tat kariṣyāmi sarvadhā |

bhūtvā parvata-saṅkāśo nāśayiṣyāmi rākṣasam ||

Kini Sugrīva telah ditawan, apakah yang wajib aku lakukan? Apa jua yang adil dan benar untuk aku laksanakan, pasti akan aku lakukan tanpa ragu. Dengan kekuatan laksana gunung, akan aku membinasakan Raksasa itu.
