कुम्भकर्णवधः
The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
अद्यत्वयाहम्सौमित्रेबालेनापि , नापिपराक्रमैः ।तोषितोगन्तुमिच्छामित्यामनुज्ञाप्यराघवम् ।।।।
adya tvayāhaṃ saumitre bālenāpi nāpi parākramaiḥ | toṣito gantum icchāmi ity āmanujñāpya rāghavam ||
Wahai Saumitri, pada hari ini aku berpuas hati terhadapmu—meskipun engkau masih muda—kerana keperkasaanmu. Setelah memohon izin dan berpamitan, aku ingin pergi kepada Rāghava (Rāma).
"Now I am gratified with your valour, though young. Taking leave of you, I wish to go to Raghava."
