अकम्पन-प्रेषणम् तथा कपि-राक्षस-रणवर्णनम्
Akampana Dispatched; The Vanara–Rakshasa Battle and Omens
द्रुमशक्तिगदाप्रासैश्शिलापरिघतोमरैः ।।।।हरयोराक्षसाश्चैवस्तूर्णंजघ्नुरन्योन्यमोजसा ।
druma-śakti-gadā-prāsaiḥ śilā-parigha-tōmaraiḥ | harayo rākṣasāś caiva stūrṇaṃ jaghnur anyōnyam ōjasā ||
Dengan batang-batang pohon, lembing, gada dan tombak; juga dengan batu-batu, palang besi dan lembing lontar, para Vānara dan kaum Rākṣasa saling menghentam dengan kekuatan yang dahsyat.
Then Rakshasas and Vanaras fought one another vigorously with trees, javelins, maces, darts, rocks, and peaks.
