समुद्रतट-प्रयाणम् तथा वेलावन-निवेशः
March to the Seacoast and Encampment at the Shore
तस्यदाशरथे: पार्श्वे शूरास्ते कपिकुङजराः ।तोर्णमापुप्लुवु स्सर्वे सदश्वा इव चोदिताः ।।।।
tasya dāśaratheḥ pārśve śūrās te kapikuñjarāḥ | tūrṇam āpupluvuḥ sarve sad-aśvā iva coditāḥ ||
Di sisi putera Daśaratha itu, para pahlawan—pemimpin kera yang gagah—segera melompat maju, semuanya bagaikan kuda tangkas yang dipacu.
