दूत-नीति, शुक-प्रसङ्गः
Envoy-Ethics and the Episode of Śuka
ततोराज्ञासमादिष्टास्समुत्पत्यवलीमुखाः ।जगृहुश्चबबन्धुश्चविलपन्तमनाथवत् ।।।।
tato rājñā samādiṣṭāḥ samutpatya valīmukhāḥ |
jagṛhuś ca babandhuś ca vilapantam anāthavat ||
Kemudian, atas titah raja, para pemimpin kera melompat bangun, menangkapnya dan mengikatnya, ketika dia meratap seperti orang yang tiada pelindung.
"While standing here surely he has assessed the entire strength of the army. I hope he is taken as a captive and not returned to Lanka."
