स विसृष्टोमहावेगश्शरीरान्तकरश्शरः ।चिच्छेदहृदयंतस्यरावणस्यदुरात्मनः ।।।।
sa visṛṣṭo mahā-vegaḥ śarīrānta-karaḥ śaraḥ |
ciccheda hṛdayaṁ tasya rāvaṇasya durātmanaḥ ||
Dilepaskan dengan kelajuan dan daya yang besar, anak panah pemutus jasad itu membelah jantung Rāvaṇa yang berhati jahat.
Loosed at high velocity, that arrow capable of putting an end to the body, split as under the heart of evil-minded Ravana
