राघव-रावणयोः घोर-द्वैरथ-युद्धम्
The Fierce Chariot-Duel of Rama and Ravana
नानिमित्तोऽभवद्भाणोनानिर्भेत्ता न निष्फलः ।अन्योन्यमभिसम्हत्यनिपेतुर्धरणीतले ।।6.109.25।।तथाविसृजतोर्भाणान् रामरावणयोर्मृथे ।
nānimitto ’bhavad bhāṇo nānirbhettā na niṣphalaḥ |
anyonyaṃ abhisamhātya nipetur dharaṇī-tale ||6.109.25||
tathā visṛjator bhāṇān rāma-rāvaṇayor mṛdhe |
Tiada anak panah yang tersasar, tiada yang kurang daya tembus, tiada yang sia-sia. Saling berlanggar, semuanya gugur ke bumi—demikianlah pertukaran senjata antara Rāma dan Rāvaṇa dalam pertempuran itu.
The arrows released by both Rama and Ravana were without result. None failed to reach the target. None failed to complete the target. The arrows were colliding with one another and fell on the ground.
