Transliteration

diśaś ca pradiśaḥ sarvā babhūvus timirāvṛtāḥ |

pāṃsuvarṣeṇa mahatā durdarśaṃ ca nabho 'bhavat ||

Translation

Segala arah dan penjuru antara pun diselubungi kegelapan; oleh hujan debu yang besar, langit sendiri menjadi sukar dipandang.
