Lakshmana’s Revival by the Herb-Mountain
नैराश्यमुपगन्तुं च नालंतेमत्कृतेऽनघ ।।।।वधेनरावणस्याद्यप्रतिज्ञामनुपालय ।
nairāśyam upagantuṃ ca nālaṃ te matkṛte 'nagha |
vadhena rāvaṇasyādya pratijñām anupālaya ||
Wahai yang tidak berdosa, tidak patut engkau berputus asa kerana aku. Pada hari ini, dengan membunuh Rāvaṇa, tegakkanlah ikrarmu.
'My heroism is shy, my bow slips from my hand, arrows are dropping, my vision is blurred with tears with my brother gone.'
