विधानम् — Dasaratha’s Funeral Rites and Ayodhya’s Mourning
शिबिकाभिश्च यानैश्च यथार्हं तस्य योषितः।नगरा न्निर्ययुस्तत्र वृद्धैः परिवृता स्तदा।।2.76.19।।
śibikābhiś ca yānaiś ca yathārhaṃ tasya yoṣitaḥ |
nagarān niryayus tatra vṛddhaiḥ parivṛtās tadā || 2.76.19 ||
Ketika itu, para permaisuri dan dayang raja, disusun menurut darjat masing-masing, keluar dari kota menuju tempat itu; dikelilingi para pengiring tua—ada yang diusung dalam tandu, ada yang menaiki kenderaan.
