अनसूयाप्रीतिदानम्
Anasūyā’s Blessing and the Forest Path
तथा तु भूषितां सीतां ददर्श वदतां वरः।राघवः प्रीतिदानेन तपस्विन्या जहर्ष च।।।।
tathā tu bhūṣitāṁ sītāṁ dadarśa vadatāṁ varaḥ | rāghavaḥ prītidānena tapasvinyā jaharṣa ca ||
Rāghava—yang utama dalam tutur kata—melihat Sītā berhias demikian lalu bersukacita; baginda bergembira atas anugerah penuh kasih daripada pertapa wanita itu.
Rama, the most eloquent among men, saw Sita adorned, and rejoiced at the gifts of love given by the ascetic Anasuya.
Dharma includes rejoicing in righteous goodwill—virtuous gifts and blessings are received with gratitude, not pride or suspicion.
Rāma sees Sītā adorned with Anasūyā’s gifts and feels glad.
Rāma’s appreciative gratitude and his esteem for ascetic righteousness.
