यथानारायणः श्रेष्ठो देवानां पुरुषोत्तमः । यथेश्वराणां गिरिशः स्थानानामेतदुत्तमम्

yathānārāyaṇaḥ śreṣṭho devānāṃ puruṣottamaḥ | yatheśvarāṇāṃ giriśaḥ sthānānāmetaduttamam

Sebagaimana Nārāyaṇa itu yang paling utama—Puruṣottama dalam kalangan para dewa—dan sebagaimana Giriśa (Śiva) adalah ketua dalam kalangan para īśvara, demikianlah tempat ini yang paling unggul antara segala tirtha suci.
