विव्याध दशभिस्तीक्ष्णैः कालानलसमप्रभैः । ततः शरसहस्रैस्तु दैत्यं विव्याध साहसात्

vivyādha daśabhistīkṣṇaiḥ kālānalasamaprabhaiḥ | tataḥ śarasahasraistu daityaṃ vivyādha sāhasāt

Dia menikamnya dengan sepuluh anak panah tajam, menyala bagaikan api Kala dan pralaya; kemudian dengan keberanian, dia menikam si daitya itu lagi dengan seribu anak panah.
