तेनैव कारणेनैष मया शप्तो दिवाकरः । न कोपान्न च मोहाच्च लोभात्कामान्न मत्सरात्

tenaiva kāraṇenaiṣa mayā śapto divākaraḥ | na kopānna ca mohācca lobhātkāmānna matsarāt

Atas sebab itulah aku menyumpah Divākara, Sang Surya—bukan kerana marah, bukan kerana khayal dan keliru, bukan kerana tamak, bukan kerana nafsu, dan bukan kerana dengki.
