परमान्नं परं शुद्धं स्विन्नं चातपतण्डुलैः । भुक्त्वा तु यत्कृतं पुण्यं कोटिकोटिगुणं भवेत्

paramānnaṃ paraṃ śuddhaṃ svinnaṃ cātapataṇḍulaiḥ | bhuktvā tu yatkṛtaṃ puṇyaṃ koṭikoṭiguṇaṃ bhavet

Jika seseorang memakan ‘paramānna’ yang paling suci, dimasak dengan mengukus beras yang dijemur di bawah matahari, maka pahala yang terhasil daripadanya menjadi berlipat ganda hingga berjuta-juta kali.
